1. Service Agreement

All services provided by Vidya Car Care! are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including vehicle condition or location constraints.

2. Service Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance. We strive to honor all scheduled times, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are listed on our website and may vary based on the service package and specific vehicle requirements. All payments are due upon service completion unless stated otherwise.

Additional charges may apply for vehicles requiring extra cleaning or specific treatments due to excessive dirt, stains, or other conditions.

4. Offers and Discounts

Any discounts or offers are subject to terms and may be redeemed only according to the conditions outlined. Offers are non-transferable and may only apply to one registered vehicle per customer unless specified otherwise.

Festival offer:

All festive offers are valid until November 30, 2024.
Offers are redeemable only with flyer coupons.
Each offer can be redeemed for only one car per registered number with one flyer.
A single registered car number cannot use multiple flyer coupons to avail the offer.

5. Pickup and Drop-off Services

Free pickup and drop services are provided within a 3-kilometer radius of our location. For areas beyond this radius, additional charges apply, and may vary based on location. Fuel charges may also be applied if necessary.

6. Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for notifying us of any pre-existing damages or specific conditions prior to service. Vidya Car Care! is not responsible for damages resulting from undisclosed issues or excessive wear.

7. Personal Belongings

Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before service. Vidya Car Care! is not liable for any items left in the vehicle during cleaning or detailing.

8. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Vidya Car Care! is not responsible for damage caused by factors beyond our control, such as previous vehicle condition, existing wear, or accidents occurring due to unforeseen circumstances.

9. Service Guarantee

We aim to provide high-quality service. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will address any reasonable concerns.

10. Changes to Terms and Services

Vidya Car Care! reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, pricing, and terms at any time. Please review our website for the latest terms and conditions.
